📨 We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hrs to deliver to any UK address Royal Mail reaches.

📆For yearly plans, we send the first box out to you within 5-7 working days, after that, it will be sent on the third week of each month.

📆For monthly subscriptions, we will send the third week of the month after we receive your first payment.

🎁Our boxes are A4 size 320x230x20mm (12.59×9.05×0.8″) and should fit through most letter boxes.

📆Yearly Plans (payment upfront):

• Minimum Contract Duration: 1 year
• End Contract: You have the option to cancel within 14 days from the start of the contract with a penalty of £25, covering the cost of goods received (the first box) and shipping. After the initial 14 days, no cancellations can be made. 
  • We have the right to cancel when circumstances genuinely beyond our control make it impossible for us to carry out the contract as agreed. 
  • We will give you notice before cancelling, except where there are ‘serious grounds ’for immediate cancellation. 
  • If we break our contract, it is within your rights to cancel.
• End Rolling Contract: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum contract duration has been fulfilled. There is nothing to stop you from cancelling if we break the contract.
