Volunteers are pivotal to Wirral Unplugged’s vision of promoting fun, engaging experiences and encouraging positive, lasting memories for families. Our volunteers contributions are wide-ranging, from leading crafts and planning games to presenting their culture, job or hobby at our regular events and workshops or remotely through co-designing our magical boxes.
We look for enthusiastic individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Our volunteers have come from across the world, studied an eclectic range of subjects and contributed in all sorts of different ways. You’ll be part of a supportive, diverse range of volunteers at here at Wirral Unplugged!
One of our main goals is to help our volunteers build their skills and gain new ones. Volunteers really do have a hands-on impact here – and they go on to do amazing things too! Learn more about one of our volunteers, Laura, on our Facebook page.
We transform lives by creating opportunities for all and by empowering families to innovate, collaborate and unplug.
We are grateful to our generous supporters, helping us to fulfil our mission.
